Plans and pricing
Every feature, including SMTP, conditional rules, QR tickets, team members and campaigns, is available on the Free plan. Pro removes the limits and the FormMail Hub footer.

Daily email limits count all forms in your account and reset every day. On Pro, your SMTP provider’s own sending limits still apply. See sending limits.
When you reach a limit on the Free plan, FormMail Hub warns you by email. Emails over the daily limit are skipped, not postponed, so upgrade before a busy day such as an event.
Upgrade
Section titled “Upgrade”- Connect your SMTP if you have not already. The upgrade button appears after the SMTP test succeeds.
- Click Upgrade in the dashboard header, or open Plan & Billing in the sidebar.
- Choose monthly or yearly and pay with PayPal.
Pro applies to your whole account, so every form you manage gets the Pro limits.
Cancel
Section titled “Cancel”Cancel at any time from Plan & Billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. Payments are not refunded, so try the Free plan first.
